Exchange:

In the case of a product exchange, the product is sent back to us for inspection. After we have reviewed the product and given an approval, we will send out your new jewelry! 

• We are responsible for all shipping out to the customer. 
• Return shipping to us is the responsibility of the customer.

* The product should be sent well packaged in a package.

Returns:

If you wish to return one or more pieces of jewelry, it is very good!

As a customer you have 14 days to cancel your order. After this, we offer to switch to another product.
