Data Protection Regulation GDPR - "General Data Protection Regulation"

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to all countries in Europe and was created to give good and secure protection of personal data throughout Europe. This makes it easy to find out what information companies hold about you as a person. We think this is great and of course follow this regulation. Below you can read exactly how we handle your personal data.

All your data is protected so that no unauthorized person can access it. We want you to feel safe when you shop at Lyxery By Sweden AB. We therefore want to inform you below about how we handle the communication between us, and what your rights are.

MARKETING – We remind you of exciting news
We send newsletters to the email address and/or by SMS to the mobile number you provided when ordering or registering on our website. If you have chosen not to receive marketing from us, you will not receive emails/SMS for marketing purposes. (You will, however, receive e.g. confirmation emails to confirm your order.) If you don't want emails about the season getting underway, it is no problem at all to decline them. At the bottom of the emails you can easily unsubscribe. YOUR DATA – We don't store any unnecessary information.
We only keep the information that is necessary for us to fulfill your order with us and comply with legislation. That is, the flow of information between you and lyxery.se
The information we store: Name, addresses, telephone, SMS, MMS, email, products, payment information, invoice details, reminders, IP address, type of device, location and how the website is used.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DATA? – We need it to be able to sell products to you.
We need to share some of your data with transport companies in order to ship your products. Your data is included in our accounting system so that we can invoice you. We may also share your information with authorities such as the Police Authority or another authority at their request and if it is necessary. We will never sell your personal data to any third party.

WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED? – EU
Your data is stored within the EU/EEA. We comply with the Data Protection Act should we need to use a provider outside the EU/EEA.

DATA WE STORE – We only store necessary information
Your data is only stored for as long as necessary. This is due to legitimate interest, contract, consent or by law. Information stored because of laws such as the Accounting Act or the Consumer Sales Act is only kept for as long as needed to comply with those laws. Data that does not need to be stored by law can be deleted at any time at your request.

YOUR RIGHTS – Contact us and you will find out what data we hold about you and why.
If you want to delete information we hold about you, you always have the right to do so. Information that we store to comply with laws must be kept for a certain period. It cannot be deleted immediately, due to laws such as the Accounting Act or the Consumer Sales Act.

CHANGES – We will contact you in case of major changes
If there are major changes to our policy, we will contact you.
